PAY ATTENTION TO DO AT LEAST ONE of these peaceful things A DAY. It’s your TIME OUT!!! Set a reminder if needed. IT’S YOUR PEACE TIME. Whether it’s sitting quietly observing your breath, a prayer, being in the park, being in the presence of dogs or trees, reading a few pages from an inspirational book, listening to a piece of music, drawing, watching the world go by in the presence of your favourite coffee, cake 😉 OR writing down what you are grateful for right now, anything that will give you peace. IT’S YOUR PEACE TIME.

HOW CAN YOU TURN IT AROUND?
Ask yourself: What thoughts (I am…) give me peace? I am relaxed. I am at peace. I am flowing. I am light. I am soft. I am true. I am home. What are your PEACE I AM’s?

When you have peace in the inside, you are in flow. Life is no longer hard, and no longer a struggle. Things are working out for you. You still have challenges but they are quicker and easier to overcome.
