Appreciation is the most powerful tool to get you in the ‘Zone’ and ‘Alignment’ with who you really are.
I trust you have been enjoying the practice of appreciation and that you naturally desire to do more each day, as it gives you pleasing and satisfying feelings.
If you want to know more about appreciation, which is the most powerful tool to raise your vibration, refer to our previous mail or use Process #1 – The Rampage of Appreciation, in a bestselling book ‘Ask and it is given’ by Esther and Jerry Hicks.
I love learning and growing. Every year I take part in personal growth programmes, read books and watch videos about positive thinking, raising vibration, achieving desires and wellbeing and feel eager to share them.
Allowing myself to gain more awareness and knowledge always feeds my excitement for life and everyone around me benefits from it!
I have been practising a number of processes from ‘Ask and it is given’. They just instantly put you in a positive state of mind and give you good feelings, which is our ultimate desire!
Why do we want a satisfying career, a harmonious relationship, a pleasing home and a fit body? We want to feel joy, happiness and empowerment (versus victim/unlucky feelings). In a nutshell, we want to feel good.
I absolutely adore Process #8 -The Book of Positive Aspects in ‘Ask and it is Given’. When I started writing about positive aspects of my recent trip to beautiful Alaska, the scenery, the experiences, the connections with positive people etc., I could not stop naming OTHER places and people in my life and writing positive aspects of them. Good feelings were flowing so effortlessly! Once the momentum got going, the pen would not stop writing! I love the feeling of excitement and eagerness! They put us in the state of Allowing rather than resisting.
I then tested writing about someone who I thought I could only write 2-3 positive aspects of, as this person sometimes frustrates and annoys me. How wrong I was! Having written positive aspects about beautiful places and people FIRST, I got so excited, I wrote a page and a half about the person who sometimes frustrares me! It felt so good!
That day and the next two days this is what was presented in front of me on the beach. I was sunbathing and when I looked up I saw something that I wrote positive aspects of!
What are the odds to see an Alaskan bag on the beach in South of France? I could not stop smiling, I knew it was alignment with Source Energy! The same thing happened for the next two days!
…and then love was all around us! Even on our ice cream bag! I smiled broadly and appreciated the good feelings.
Try it now!
